Enabling Value Based Intermediation Through Fintech
I had the pleasure to be part of this panel yesterday at Sasana Kijang with Br Hamid Rashid of Finterra and Br Iqhwan the CEO of AmIslamic Bank (as the lead discussant).
I enjoyed the session very much though our session started just before 6pm. I have impressed that with the coming of Fintech, the job to accomplish VBI will be relatively easier and faster.
All what we need is honesty and intensity in making this happen in Islamic finance space. It seems that the conventional space is equally aggresive on ESG and SDG (which is great thing to have as good thing does not take side).
Dont ever undermine the technology as the impact of technology will be pervasive. It is always smart, intelligent and more importantly, self improving.
